Job summary

Sevita, a leader in home and community-based health care, seeks a Residential Program Manager to oversee a network of residential group homes. You will supervise program supervisors, coach staff, and ensure services meet clinical and regulatory standards while maintaining quality and safety for individuals served.

You will collaborate with clinicians, families, and funding sources, project revenue, and drive program improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
Five+ years of relevant experience and at least 3 years supervisory experience.
CPR and First Aid certifications.
Current driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

Manage program supervisors and staff with coaching and performance evaluations.
Assign caseloads, supervise staff development, and ensure timely orientation.
Supervise clinical and crisis management and maintain on-call duties.
Develop relationships with individuals served, families, funding sources, and regulatory agencies.
Project revenue and monitor monthly expenses aligned with program goals.
Promote programs to funding sources and respond to information requests.
Ensure regulatory, contractual, corporate, and legal compliance; maintain accurate records.
Liaise with consulting staff (psychiatrists, psychologists, physicians).
Monitor community supports and interface with billing and other units as needed.
Recommend policies to enhance program efficiency using data.
