Job summary

ACMH is seeking a Program Director for St. Hilda's House in Manhattan to oversee the overall operation of the residence including the program of services and building management.

Reporting to the Senior Director for Residential Programs, the role requires strong supervisory experience, leadership in mental health residential settings, and adherence to evidence-based practices. Salary ranges from $92,053 to $97,991 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• MA in psychology or an analogous field or BA with significant experience.
• Significant supervisory experience in mental health residential settings.
• Understanding of evidence-based practices in rehabilitation and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Ensures delivery of program services according to agency policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with applicable city, state, and federal regulations.
• Responsible for recruitment, hiring, and supervision of all program staff.
• Ensures initial and continuing staff training, develops and oversees staffing schedule.
• Responsible for admission and discharge of clients.
• Coordinates client committee activities and liaises with collateral providers.
• Reviews charting to ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
• Establishes and maintains contact with vendors servicing building equipment.
• Is on-call for emergencies and reports to Senior Director for Residential Programs.
