Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in mental health residential settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the residence and program of services.
• Recruit, hire, and supervise all program staff.
• Ensure compliance with city, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate and deliver safety and health programs to clients and staff.
• Facilitate weekly clinical meetings.
• Monitor building upkeep and vendor relations.
• On-call for emergencies.
