Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Bachelor’s degree or Associate Degree with relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form.

Responsibilities

• Hire/train and supervise Residential Lead Staff and Direct Support Professionals.
• Ensure compliance with state and agency guidelines.
• Monitor program function via record reviews.
• Maintain medical records and scheduling of medical appointments.
• Act as liaison with stakeholders including families and doctors.
