Job summary

CITC is seeking a Program Supervisor for the Ernie Turner Center in Alaska. This exempt, full-time role oversees all residential operations, safety and security, and 24-hour coverage ensuring program goals align with mission and CARF standards.

Responsibilities include supervising Behavioral Health Technicians, coordinating schedules, managing purchases, and maintaining medication policies in accordance with state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in sociology, social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Two years of facility management experience.
• Two years of supervising employees.
• CDC certification within 1 year of hire is preferred.
• Valid Alaska driver’s license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, mentoring and training to staff.
• Manage staffing shifts, timecards and coverage.
• Oversee daily operations and activity schedules.
• Coordinate transportation and participant appointments.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and CARF requirements.
• Maintain medication policies and ensure proper storage and disposal.
• Support kitchen duties and sanitation to regulatory standards.
• Attend community events and provide staff training on EHR workflow.
