Penndel Mental Health Center in Langhorne, PA, seeks a Program Supervisor for the Levittown residential aging-in-place program. The role focuses on motivating residents, supervising staff, and collaborating with the treatment team to support daily living skills and health needs.

You will work closely with the Director of Residential Services, ensure delivery of meaningful activities, and maintain accurate records while fostering a supportive environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; minimum 1 year in the mental health field.
• Experience supervising staff and guiding life skills activities.
• Valid driver’s license and experience with adults who have mental illness.
• Mon–Fri, 9–5 schedule in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides scheduled weekly supervision for staff.
• Facilitates resident monthly meetings.
• Meets with the Director of Residential Services weekly for training.
• Ensures programmatic activities that enhance life skills.
• Communicates with residents by email; utilizes the EHR.
• Trains staff with the Director of Residential Services.
• Liaises with social service agencies and community resources.
• Prepares reports and maintains records for residents.
