Job summary

The Arc Ontario in Geneva, NY is seeking a Residential Program Supervisor to lead the daily operations of a residential home and mentor direct care staff. You will coordinate programming, ensure regulatory compliance, and communicate with families and clinical partners to promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.

• Two (2) years of relevant experience or an equivalent amount of education/experience
• Must be able to provide coverage of shifts as needed
• Valid NYS Driver's License
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Ability to work independently and motivate others
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Salary: $22.08 - $23.51 per hour

Position Overview

As a Residential Program Supervisor, you will lead the daily operations of a residential home while supporting individuals in living safe, meaningful, and fulfilling lives. You will guide and mentor direct care staff, coordinate active programming, maintain regulatory compliance, and ensure strong communication with families, managers, and clinical partners. Your responsibilities include participating in hiring, training, scheduling, quality assurance, and emergency support, along with providing hands‑on assistance in daily living skills, community outings, health‑related needs, and behavior support plans.
