Job summary

The Arc Ontario in Geneva, NY is seeking a Residential Program Supervisor to lead daily operations of a residential home and support individuals in living safe, meaningful lives. You will mentor direct care staff, coordinate activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain open communication with families and clinical partners.

• Valid NYS Driver's License.

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of the assigned residential home.
• Provide supervision and guidance to Direct Care Staff.

As a Residential Program Supervisor, you will lead the daily operations of a residential home while supporting individuals in living safe, meaningful, and fulfilling lives. You will guide and mentor direct care staff, coordinate active programming, maintain regulatory compliance, and ensure strong communication with families, managers, and clinical partners. Your responsibilities include participating in hiring, training, scheduling, quality assurance, and emergency support, along with providing hands‑on assistance in daily living skills, community outings, health‑related needs, and behavior support plans. Requirements

• Two (2) years of relevant experience or an equivalent amount of education/experience
• Internal candidate requires 1-year of relevant experience
• Valid NYS Driver's License
• Must be able to provide coverage of shifts as the need arises.
• Ability to work independently and motivate others.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
