Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 3 years' experience and 1 year in supervisory role may suffice.
• Must be medication certified or able to become certified within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct Direct Support Professionals.
• Train staff in providing rehabilitative services.
• Monitor implementation of individuals’ life plans.
