Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. seeks a Residential Coordinator to support adults in ACCS, guiding case management and leading residential staff to implement ISP goals. The role emphasizes safety, dignity, and coordinated services in group homes across Western Massachusetts.

You will supervise Residential Support Specialists, oversee medication management, crisis intervention, and documentation, and collaborate with health care providers, DMH requirements, and families to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 3 years relevant experience, or Associate's Degree or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in human services; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable car for all working hours.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, support, and ensure quality of life for individuals served with empowerment, safety, respect, and dignity.
• Participate in Multidisciplinary Team meetings and coordinate follow-up care.
• Oversee medication treatment, administration, and MAP processes; ensure corrective action from MAP audits.
