Job summary

MCAR, Inc. seeks a Residential Program Specialist to oversee several group home facilities and coordinate casework for up to thirty individuals with intellectual disabilities in Pennsylvania.

You will supervise Residential Program Workers, provide training, and ensure compliance with PA 6400, 6500, 6100, and 44(b) regulations, MCAR policies, and safety standards while coordinating with medical services and the Residential Program Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above with 1 year of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience
• Associate's degree with 4 years of relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of MCAR policies and procedures
• Knowledge of CPI techniques for consumer crises
• Ability to write person-centered individual program plans

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and evaluate Residential Program Workers.
• Coordinate medical information and prescriptions according to policy.
• Develop and implement Individual Support Plans per regulations and ISP rollout.
• Review reports, attend meetings, and ensure regulatory compliance.
