Passavant Memorial Homes in Rochester, PA seeks a Program Specialist to oversee safety and wellbeing for individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and mental health needs in a residential setting. You will coordinate IP-driven activities and community integration, reporting to the Program Operations Director.

This full-time role requires supervising Direct Support Professionals, managing IP processes, and ensuring policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with CH 6400 regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise activities for individuals per IP and support community integration.
• Coordinate and oversee Direct Support Professionals responsibilities.
• Complete attendance and payroll records for Direct Support Professionals.
• Hold regular meetings to review program needs and provide training.
• Ensure budgetary compliance and fiscal accountability for residential programs.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Develop IP assessments, annual IP updates, and IP revisions per CH 6400.181.
• Participate in IP process, development, and team reviews per regulations.

Skills
