Job summary

Brightway Living & Learning in New York is seeking a Residential Program Manager for an adult residential program. This full-time role oversees day-to-day operations of the residence and leads staff.

You will hire and supervise staff, ensure safety and compliance, coordinate with clinical teams, accompany individuals to appointments, manage budgets, and maintain program plans and behavior plans. The position includes on-call 24/7 for emergencies, and offers a salary of $66,300–$75,000 with

Qualifications

Two years experience with developmentally disabled adults.
Knowledge of ABA and Positive Behavioral Support.
Must be able to lift/move up to 20 lbs and physical tasks.
Valid NYS driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

Hire, supervise and evaluate staff; manage payroll data.
Maintain emergency procedures and crisis handling.
Train new staff and ensure certifications (TB, AMAP, CPR).
Oversee schedules, meetings, and interdisciplinary teams.
Write annual program and behavior plans; monitor progress.
Coordinate with families and service providers; on-call 24/7.
