Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field; 3 years relevant experience.
• Associate’s degree in human services or related field; 5 years relevant experience.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and support to direct care staff, including orientation and training.
• Prepare staff schedules, interview and hire new staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Develop annual work plans and monitor progress; ensure program documentation and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations; manage budgets and inventory.
