Community Options, Inc. in Rio Rancho, NM is seeking an experienced Residential Program Manager to lead a team delivering person-centered care for individuals with disabilities.

The role oversees day-to-day operations, staff schedules, training, and documentation, ensuring ISP/PCP adherence, safety, and quality. Starting pay is $50,000 per year, with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ full-time work experience in supporting people with disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Knowledge of state regulatory agency operations and standards relevant to supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of checks of criminal background, central registry, child abuse registry, and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff schedules and ensure shifts are adequately staffed.
• Manage team performance through communication, training, performance management, staff meetings, and recognition.
• Develop and implement activity programs including Meaningful Day curriculum.
• Communicate with families and guardians of individuals we support as needed.
• Ensure individuals are supported per ISP/PCP including medication management, meal planning, and behavior management.
• Ensure program documentation and billable records are completed accurately and timely.
• Monitor health and medical needs of individuals and report concerns.
• Manage relationships with families and guardians of individuals in care.
• Ensure work locations and vehicles are clean, stocked with supplies including groceries, medications, and cleaning supplies.
• Cooperate with license and department staff in inspections, inquiries, or investigations.
