Qualifications

• Minimum 3-year experience working with developmentally disabled population.
• Must successfully complete Medication Administration Course within 90 days of employment.
• Excellent management, communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer usage and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRP population preferred
• QDIP Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the individual by maintaining a comfortable home environment.
• Ensure shifts have adequate coverage and coordinate with the Program Coordinator.
• Monitor the distribution of medications and collaborate with nurses.
• Communicate professionally with schools and day treatment programs as needed.
• Maintain daily logs, incident reports and program records.
