Job summary

Monarch Healthcare in North Carolina is seeking a Residential Team Leader to supervise staff and individuals in ICF programs, ensuring high-quality services and regulatory compliance. This role serves as the qualified professional for assigned individuals, supporting operation excellence and person-centered planning.

You will conduct assessments, coordinate services, supervise day-to-day activities, train staff, manage documentation, and respond to incidents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years managing residential program operations.
• 3+ years direct work with individuals with IDD in residential/community settings.
• Experience with mental health diagnoses or IDD populations (1–4 years).

Responsibilities

• Provide initial and ongoing assessments and person-centered plan progress.
• Coordinate services and ensure plans are fiscally viable.
• Maintain clinical authorization and related documentation.
• Supervise staff with on-site and unannounced visits.
• Handle hiring, training, discipline and performance appraisals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety across programs.
