Job summary

Dungarvin Minnesota is seeking a Residential Program Coordinator (RPC) to coordinate supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will work directly with participants, manage daily schedules, and ensure person-centered programming that promotes independence.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and 2 years of experience with individuals with disabilities or 1 year in lead staff, or a related two-year degree.

Qualifications

• Good documentation and communication for support plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services related to finances, activities, healthcare, nutrition, household management, and educational/vocational programs.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate program coverage.
• Assist the supervisor in maintaining consistency in programming, individual supports, and team communication.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to staff and support team members.
• Perform direct support duties during assigned shifts, including personal cares, meal preparation, transportation, and activities of daily living.
