Chrysalis of Ogden, UT is seeking a Lead Staff to support the Residential Manager in daily operation of the residential program. You will provide direct services to residents and ensure medical and recreational needs are met, including transportation to appointments.

This role requires staying on call and adhering to the home’s procedures under supervision. The position emphasizes health maintenance, program reporting, staff supervision, and adherence to Person Centered Plans, with a focus on

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum six months of related experience working with people with disabilities.
• Over 21 with a valid driver’s license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.

Mansioni

• Maintain individuals’ health.
• Punctuality and regular/consistent attendance at the worksite.
• Meet Chrysalis driving requirements (over 21, valid license, pass MVR).
• Stay awake, responsive, and communicate effectively to the individuals.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and reporting on the Person Center Plans.
• Oversees Behavior Plans and Supervision Guidelines to ensure they are followed.
• Plan weekly menus for proper nutrition.
• Assist individuals in making appropriate purchases at the grocery store.
• Teach individuals basic finance skills.
• Keep all house supplies in stock.
• Train staff for the house within established time frames.
• Ensure on-going training is completed by employees.
• Supervise and manage staff.
• Complete house books and replace monthly data.
• Track progress for individuals.
• Make newsletters and scrapbook pages.
• Make activity calendar.
• Provide a healthy, clean environment for individuals.
• Ensure staff follow cleaning charts and proper nutrition.
• Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director/ Residential Manager.
