Restore Hyper Wellness seeks a Lead Staff to support the Residential Manager in day-to-day operations of the Chrysalis residential program. The role includes providing direct services, coordinating transportation to appointments, and ensuring health needs are met while following manager directions.

The position requires a 21+ age, a high school diploma or GED, and experience in the disability field, with on-call availability and ability to complete all program documentation accurately.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.

• Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
• Able to complete program documentation accurately and on time.
• Pass Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Residential Manager with day-to-day operations of the residential program.
• Provide direct services to residents and transportation to medical and other appointments.
• Follow directions from the Residential Manager and be available on call for the home.
• Maintain individuals' health and oversee health-related tasks.
• Plan weekly menus and assist with grocery shopping and basic finance skills.
