The position offers Full-Time and Part-Time options with base wages starting at $26–$27 per hour, depending on experience and education. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and a 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• Certified/registered as a nursing assistant in Minnesota.
• Ability to speak, write, and comprehend English.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Ability to work with and support all genders.
• Complete the Hiawatha Homes Medication Administration class.
• CPR trained.
• Provide proof of work eligibility and TB test.
• Pass Minnesota background check before unsupervised work.

Over the years, we have grown to meet the needs of individuals and families by providing support services for people with developmental disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, brain injury, specialized medical needs, physical health needs, and emotional or behavioral health needs. Minimum Requirements - If You Love Working with People and Handle Everyday Challenges With A Smile!

• Certified/registered as a nursing assistant in the state of Minnesota.
  
• Demonstrate the ability to speak, write, and comprehend the English language.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, satisfactory motor vehicle record and successful completion of Hiawatha Homes driving test.
• Can work with and support both male and female.
• Successfully complete the Hiawatha Homes Medication Administration class.
• Be Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) trained.
• Be able to, upon hire, provide proof of employment eligibility and proof of being free from tuberculosis.
• Successfully pass a State of Minnesota background check before working unsupervised.

Preferred Experience

• Nursing experience in the field of disabilities and previous leadership experience.
