Qualifications

• Certified/registered as a nursing assistant in Minnesota.
• Ability to speak, write, and comprehend English.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Ability to work with and support all genders.
• Complete the Hiawatha Homes Medication Administration class.
• CPR trained.
• Provide proof of work eligibility and TB test.
• Pass Minnesota background check before unsupervised work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide nursing care to individuals supported at Hiawatha Homes.
• Integrate health needs into daily plans and activities.
• Communicate with the interdisciplinary team, support staff, and supervisors.
