Job summary

Fora Health Treatment & Recovery seeks a Residential Program Manager to supervise an integrated substance use and mental health treatment program in a 70-bed adult residential setting. The role oversees clinical supervision of counselors, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners with the leadership team to maintain safe, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in behavioral health, preferably residential.
• CADC II+ required; CADC III preferred.
• Master’s in social work or counseling; QMHP preferred.
• Licensure credentials maintained as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Residential Leadership Team and Fora Leadership Team.
• Use outcome data to improve patient outcomes and operations.
• Set protocols and staff accountability for standards.
• Develop staff training on co-occurring disorders, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention.
• Provide regular clinical supervision to CADCs and QMHPs.
• Ensure 7-day-a-week programming coverage and staffing.
• Conduct evaluations of addiction and mental health counselors.
• Communicate changes to staff and stakeholders promptly.
• Oversee incident reports and maintain program safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor regulatory compliance with agency, state, and federal requirements.
