Coleman Health Services seeks a Residential Director to oversee multiple residential programs for adults with behavioral health disorders in Danielle's Lighthouse, Mansfield, OH. This on-site role requires first-shift coverage and occasional other shifts.

The Director will lead clinical and administrative activities, oversee staff, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to funding and licensing requirements to deliver quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 3+ years of experience with psychiatric populations.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team.
• Computer literacy.
• Willing to complete background check, drug screening, and driving record check.
• Prefer 2+ years of management experience.
