Community Access Unlimited in Union County, NJ seeks a Residential Program Director to lead a residential program for adults with I/DD. You will oversee staff, ensure safety and quality, and support people to live as independently as possible.

The role requires 3+ years supporting people with disabilities and 2+ years in supervision, with weekend on-call coverage and a valid driver's license. Travel within the county is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 3 years of experience working with people with disabilities.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office.
• Reliable car for work purposes.
• Ability to pass required background checks, including fingerprinting.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop your team: recruit, onboard, train, and retain staff.
• Supervise staff and ensure every shift is covered and runs smoothly.
• Create accurate weekly staff and activity schedules.
