Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral or social science field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in residential and non-residential facility, with three (3) years in supervisory/managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and manages the facility’s operations to ensure policy compliance and quality services.
• Ensures quality and continuity of clinical services and curriculum within established parameters.
• Develops and executes departmental policies in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Assures compliance with applicable licensing and regulatory agencies.
• Updates and amends policy and procedures manual for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Supervises staff, assists with hiring, evaluates performance, and implements corrective action as needed.
• Coordinates with local agencies to align program objectives and foster cooperative relationships.
