Are you a passionate and driven leader with a heart for helping youth thrive in a residential treatment setting? People R'Us is looking for a Residential Program Director to lead our dedicated team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our child residential facility. This is more than a job—it's a chance to impact lives every day profoundly.

As our Program Director, you'll be at the helm of a transformative program, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and community. From staff leadership to regulatory oversight, you'll wear many hats—all critical to our mission. You'll work closely with the Executive Director and Board to drive positive outcomes for youth and staff.

What You'll Do:

1. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (PA Code Chapter 3800, etc.)
2. Lead and support a team including the Medical Team, Counselor Supervisor, and Residence Supervisor
3. Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, and performance evaluations
4. Conduct audits and reviews and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
5. Implement and monitor continuous quality control and improvement programs
6. Represent People R'Us at agency functions and in the community
7. Maintain strong relationships with referral sources and funding agencies
8. Oversee program budgets and ensure cost-effective operations

Who You Are:

1. A compassionate and strategic leader with a Master's degree in medicine, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing, or a related human services field
2. Experienced in human services (minimum 2 years), ideally with a background in drug and alcohol treatment
3. A skilled communicator with supervisory experience and a track record of effective program planning
4. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment
5. Able to pass all required state and federal background checks
