Job summary

CRF Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a Residential Program Coordinator in San Diego. The role is exempt, salaried, and on-site, with a Wednesday–Saturday schedule from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

You will supervise staff, coordinate admissions, and ensure client care and bed occupancy align with contracts. The position requires a Master’s degree in a mental health field, California licensure eligibility or Waivered status, and CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health-related field required.
• Licensed-eligible or registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences or Waivered Psychologist required.
• At least one year of experience providing behavioral health services required.
• One year of management experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required and must be kept current.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Director and Assistant Program Director with managing program operations.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to clients in individual and group modalities.
• Provide supervision and manage performance of assigned staff; review metrics and bed-occupancy.
• Direct program operations in absence of leadership; act as admission coordinator and team lead.
• Oversee referrals, assessments, ongoing counseling, and medication management.
