Job summary

Dungarvin Minnesota is seeking a Residential Program Coordinator (RPC) to oversee services, staff scheduling, and person-centered supports for people with disabilities. This full-time Day shift (8a-4p) may include weekend and holiday work, with emphasis on independence and quality care.

You will coordinate finances, activities, healthcare, nutrition, and household management, while coaching staff and delivering direct support as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
  • Minimum two years of experience with individuals with disabilities or one year of lead staff experience, or a two-year degree.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate services related to finances, activities, healthcare, nutrition, household management, and educational/vocational programs.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure program coverage.
  • Assist supervisor in maintaining consistency in programming and supports.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to staff and support team members.
  • Perform direct support duties during assigned shifts, including personal cares, meal prep, transportation, and daily living activities.
  • Promote person-centered supports fostering independence, choice, dignity, and outcomes.
  • Assist with household management and maintain a clean, safe home environment.
  • Communicate program, household, medical, behavioral, and staffing needs to supervisors.

Job Description

  • Promote person-centeredsupportsthatfosterindependence, choice, dignity, and positive outcomes.
  • Assistwith household management and helpmaintaina clean, safe, and well-maintained home environment, including general housekeeping and upkeep tasks.
  • Communicate program, household, medical, behavioral, and staffing needs to supervisors.
Qualifications

Required (Must-Have)

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's licenseand proof of auto insurance.
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and/orone year of lead staff experience, or a two-year degree in a related field.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and provide direct support for extended periods.
  • Ability to safely transfer, reposition, andassistindividualsin accordance withestablished safety guidelines.
  • Ability to lift, move, push, pull, and/orassistwithlifting upto 50 pounds.

Skills & Abilities

  • Prior experience in residential services preferred.
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, communication, and time management skills.
  • Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills to document services, follow support plans, and collaborate with internal and external team members.
  • Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to support individuals using a person-centered approach that promotes dignity, independence, and choice.
