Job summary

Dungarvin in Inver Grove Heights is seeking a Residential Program Coordinator (RPC) to coordinate services, create staff schedules, and support teams in delivering person-centered care. You will perform direct support, assist with household management, and ensure safety and quality in daily living activities.

We offer a fixed starting rate of 20.50 USD/hr, full-time schedules including weekends/holidays, and comprehensive benefits such as medical, vision, dental, and 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or one year of lead staff experience, or a two-year degree in a related field.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services related to finances, activities, healthcare, nutrition, household management, and educational/vocational programs.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate program coverage.
• Assist the supervisor in maintaining consistency in programming, individual supports, and team communication.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to staff and support team members.
• Perform direct support duties during assigned shifts, including personal cares, meal preparation, transportation, and other activities of daily living.
• Promote person-centered supports that foster independence, choice, dignity, and positive outcomes.
• Assist with household management and help maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained home environment.
• Communicate program, household, medical, behavioral, and staffing needs to supervisors.
