Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Program Coordinator for Community Group Homes in the Berwyn, Paoli and Bryn Mawr areas.

You will direct the daily operation of assigned residential facilities to ensure quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of the Individuals in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care, established Center Procedures, Standards of Conduct, Best Practices, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services required.
  • 3 years of human service experience.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • 21+ years of age and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily operation of assigned residential facility to ensure quality care.
  • Oversee residential program supervisors and staff to ensure safety and services.
  • Ensure Individuals are healthy, safe and living in a clean environment.

Devereux PA Adult Services is looking for a Program Coordinator for Community Group homes in the Berwyn, Paoli and Bryn Mawr areas. As a Program Coordinator you will direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility to assure quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of the Individuals in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care, established Center Procedures, Standards of Conduct, Best Practices, and regulatory requirements. You will also collaborate with Center Leadership to oversee residential program supervisors and residential staff to ensure our Individuals are safe, healthy, and living in a clean environment.

Qualifications

The IDEAL candidate will... Be empathetic, a team player, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, energetic, creative, understand the theories of behavior management and positive reinforcement, and represent yourself as a positive role model. have a strong passion for working with and helping children and adolescents with special needs and possess a valid license. Other requirements include:

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services
  • Three (3) years of human service experience
  • At least one (1) year of supervisory experience
Physical Requirements Include:
  • Significant amounts of walking, sitting, and standing.
  • Some lifting and/or managing resistance required related to applying physical intervention techniques upwards of 75-100 lbs. or more
  • Some repetitive wrist/hand movements, normal hearing and vision
  • Occasional use of computers and office equipment
  • Occasional driving of Devereux vehicles for business purposes
  • Ability to meet 100% mastery of Safe and Positive Approaches
