RFK Community Alliance is seeking a full-time Clinician at The Kennedy School in Middleton, MA. The Kennedy School is a 15‑bed secure facility in the Northeast Region offering assessment and treatment for adolescent males involved in the juvenile justice system. Serving youth ages 13 to 21, the program helps residents address behavioral issues that led to their offenses and develop healthier decision‑making skills. Youth participate in school, counseling, and structured activities that promote accountability, responsibility, and self‑reliance, along with recreational programs that encourage positive social interaction.
Joining RFK Community Alliance as a Clinician provides you with access to our free learning platform, which offers advanced training opportunities and resources through our internal training department. You will be able to participate in leadership forums, in‑person clinical trainings, and specialized programs designed to enhance, support, and guide your clinical practice. In addition, you’ll be part of a collaborative clinical team, with opportunities to build strong collegial relationships, receive consultation, and have direct access to senior leaders who will support you in your work.
The Clinician at our Middleton Juvenile Justice Program is responsible for ensuring that all clinical and case management services are consistent with the operating policies. Under the supervision of an independently licensed Clinical Director, the Clinician is responsible for ensuring that proper clinical and case management services, as well as community reintegration planning, are provided to the youth. This role will provide individual, family, and group treatment as well as have an outreach component. This person will act as a liaison between youth and community connections, as they begin their process of transitioning to a more independent status within their community. S/he will reflect and display the character development core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
40 hours, Monday – Friday
