North Community Counseling Centers' Residential Services seeks a Residential Program Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations of our residential care facility, supporting residents and staff. You will facilitate referrals, supervise staff, and ensure health and safety compliance.
The role requires at least one year of residential experience, a degree in Human Service field preferred, and a valid Ohio driver's license.

The Residential Program Coordinator assists in overseeing the day-to-day activities within North Community Counseling Centers Residential Services. This person is a leader who brings an attitude that is positive and generates a therapeutic environment. Quality assurance, documentation, and supervision are core functions for this role. The Residential Program Coordinator reports to the Manager of Residential Services.
$21 hourly. Overtime eligible.
