Job summary

Moody Neurorehabilitation Institute seeks a Program Assistant to provide 24-hour supervision, care, and documentation in the residential area. You will observe patient behavior, model professional conduct, assist with daily living activities, ensure safety, reinforce treatment plans, and support therapy staff with assigned modules.

You will maintain records, participate in in-services, and handle emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• CPR and first aid certification is required.
• NCI certification preferred or required.
• Experience in residential behavioral rehabilitation is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Observe, monitor, and document patient behavior.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support therapy staff and reinforce treatment plans.
• Transport and supervise patients during outings, appointments, and activities.
