CertaPro Painters of the West Valley, AZ, is seeking a team member to enhance customer experiences while supporting Job Site Supervisors. This role involves developing a strong recruitment, training, and performance culture within the team alongside ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess project management skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. Competitive pay structure includes a base salary plus performance-based commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and/or people management.
• Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid insurance.
• Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, positive demeanor.
• Strong written/verbal skills for estimating and budgets.
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proven record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Must speak, read, and write English; Spanish is preferred.
• Previous paint industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Job Site Supervisors.
• Service customers to meet their painting needs.
• Develop a recruiting and retention program for Supervisors.
• Conduct ongoing training regarding safety regulations.
