Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass Federal background check.
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the entire shift including stooping, standing, and climbing. Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
• Wear whites and own basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Mask and prep interior and exterior surfaces.
• Perform drywall repairs, patching, and finishing.
• Work on lift equipment and extension ladders when needed.
• Spray, brush, and roll smooth drywall, cutting straight lines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders.
