We are an established painting contractor in Phoenix, Arizona with 20 years of experience, seeking a motivated and career‑minded individual to immediately join our team. As a lead journeymen painter, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of residential projects, both interior and exterior, mainly in the North Scottsdale and Paradise Valley areas.

Requirements

• Strong interior and exterior residential painting background, preferably with experience in stucco housing.
• Proficiency in spraying techniques is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of professionally trained painting experience and 5 years of manager/foreman experience.
• Valid AZ driver’s license with a clean DMV record.
• Ability to pass a drug and background test.
• Own a truck or van (having a ladder rack is a plus but not necessary), capable of transporting extension ladders, a pressure washer, sprayers, and other necessary tools.

• Proficiently train crew members to ensure consistent quality work.
