Job summary

CertaPro Painters of Phoenix is seeking a proactive Job Site Supervisor to lead field teams and deliver exceptional painting results across residential and commercial projects. You will manage safety, scheduling, client communication, quality assurance, and coordination with sales, admin, AR/AP to meet project goals.

This role requires travel to multiple job sites and a reliable vehicle. We offer competitive pay with performance-based bonuses, benefits, and ongoing training in a locally owned

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and/or people management.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; travel to job sites and office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in English; Spanish skills are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Basic computer skills and ability to estimate budgets.
• Proven ability to set, meet and exceed goals.
• Paint industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Hungry, Humble, Smart.
• Results driven.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday with some Saturdays/evenings depending on project.

Responsibilities

• Support Job Site Supervisors and build a performance culture among the team.
• Service customers to meet painting needs and build raving fans.
• Coordinate with Residential Sales Associate, Administrative Director and AR/AP to meet customer expectations.
• Develop recruiting, development and retention programs for Supervisors and onboard them for production success.
• Ensure field programs and systems are executed and safety is upheld.

Overview

• Fulfill the obligations of the essential functions; Production, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Administration, Safety, and Business Development.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional job opportunity for CertaPro Painters’ Job Site Supervisors so as to differentiate ourselves from our competitors as the employer of choice in the painting labor work force.
• Provide exceptional support to CertaPro Painters’ Job Site Supervisors and build a performance culture among the team.
• Service all CertaPro Painters’ customers with the objective of meeting their painting needs and building Raving Fans.
• Develop a close working relationship with the Residential Sales Associate, Administrative Director and AR/AP to ensure all expectations set forth with the customers are met and best executed.
• Develop a recruiting, development, and retention program for the Job Site Supervisors as well as properly onboarding them to setting them up for production success.
• Ensure that all field programs and systems are being executed.
• Responsible for providing ongoing training and inspections related to safety, as well as conducting safety meetings.
• Responsible for ensuring that all crews are following Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guidelines around Lead Safety and possess and maintain the required Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).

Qualifications And Skills

• Experience in project management and/or people management.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation and valid insurance. Position will travel to and from job sites and office.
• Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, positive demeanor
• Strong written/verbal skills, to include proof-reading and basic math skills for estimating and budgets
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Basic computer skills
• Proven record of ability to set, meet and exceed goals
• Must speak, read, and write English - Spanish speaking ability is preferred
• Previous experience in the paint industry preferred but not required

Benefits/Compensation

Competitive pay and benefits. Base salary plus commissions based on profitability of project.
