Qualifications

• 0-1 year of custodial/maintenance experience required.
• A valid driver's license required.
• Ability to communicate with team members and residents.
• Ability to read and understand policies including maintenance and safety procedures.
• Ability to identify cleaning supplies and understand SDS and chemical use.
• Knowledge of PPE and proper chemical handling.
• Basic understanding of emergency systems and paint tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of common areas and amenities.
• Sanitize high-traffic areas such as lobbies and corridors.
• Maintain outdoor spaces including sidewalks and landscaping.
• Empty trash and recycling; keep areas tidy.
• Inspect for maintenance or safety concerns and report them.
• Handle minor tasks like light bulb changes and paint touch-ups.
• Assist residents with moving in/out and belongings.
• Provide friendly customer service and address resident needs.
• Collaborate with team to ensure positive resident experience.
• Maintain landscaping and keep outdoor areas free of debris.
• Complete work orders promptly.
