GreenSavers is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to guide home energy efficiency projects from sales handoff through installation, closeout, and final payment. You will manage moving parts, support field teams, and be the dependable point of contact for homeowners.

Attics and crawlspaces are routine; you will walk jobsites, inspect conditions, and coordinate with HVAC and weatherization crews while ensuring safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential construction project management or related role.

Responsabilités

• Set projects up for success by pre-construction walkthroughs and clear scopes.
• Keep field team informed with accurate scopes, notes, materials, and resources.
• Own details through completion: document scope changes, punch lists, and final payments.
• Build trust with homeowners through clear communication and professional conduct.
• Keep projects moving by resolving scheduling gaps and site changes with leads.
• Mentor coordinators and improve workflows with Production Manager.
