Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of plumbing service experience.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to explain repair options clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and service residential plumbing systems.
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
Repair and replace water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, disposals, and related plumbing equipment.
Perform drain cleaning and basic sewer line diagnostics.
Educate customers on repair and replacement options.
Maintain accurate service records and job documentation.
Deliver exceptional customer service on every call.
Follow company safety standards and plumbing codes.
Work collaboratively with dispatch and management teams.
