Job summary

Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is seeking a skilled plumber to join our on-site service team. You will perform installation, maintenance and repairs, including sump and sewage pumps, while delivering excellent customer service and accurate documentation.

We offer year-round work, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package with 401k matching. A valid driver's license is required and drug/background screens are conducted.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Experience preferred in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and correcting diverse plumbing issues.
Valid driver’s license and insurability.

Responsibilities

Create a positive customer experience by completing calls correctly the first time with quality and care to applicable codes to avoid refunds.
Adjust, repair, replace sewage and sump pumps.
Communicate the benefits of Club Memberships.
Complete all required documentation on services and collect fees.
Perform plumbing service and replacements to applicable codes.
Repair of drain, sewer, and water lines.
Prepare finding reports with pictures and discuss options with the customer.
