Job summary

Restano Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical is hiring a Residential Plumbing Service Technician to diagnose, repair, install and maintain home plumbing systems in the Pittsburgh area. You will provide safe, high‑quality work and clear communication with homeowners. The role requires 3–4+ years of residential plumbing experience, knowledge of codes, and a customer‑facing approach.

ServiceTitan experience is preferred; a valid U.S. driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-4+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• Strong diagnostic and repair abilities.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, components, and codes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-facing skills with ability to build rapport.
• Experience using ServiceTitan preferred.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems and equipment.
• Install, replace, and upgrade plumbing systems and equipment per codes and standards.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about issues and solutions.
• Recommend upgrades and services to improve safety and efficiency.
• Respond to service calls promptly and professionally.
• Track repairs and installations in ServiceTitan.
• Maintain safety regulations and a clean work environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build trust with homeowners.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
