You will provide safe, high‑quality work and clear communication with homeowners. The role requires 3–4+ years of residential plumbing experience, knowledge of codes, and a customer‑facing approach.

ServiceTitan experience is preferred; a valid U.S. driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-4+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• Strong diagnostic and repair abilities.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, components, and codes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-facing skills with ability to build rapport.
• Experience using ServiceTitan preferred.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

We're seeking an experienced Residential Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, customer-focused, and takes pride in providing safe, high-quality work.

General responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems and equipment, including toilets, faucets, water heaters, water supply lines, drain lines, and related components
• Install, replace, and upgrade residential plumbing systems and equipment in accordance with applicable codes and industry standards
• Communicate clearly and honestly with homeowners regarding plumbing issues, repair recommendations, and available solutions
• Recommend plumbing upgrades, fixture replacements, water heater installations, water treatment systems, and additional services when appropriate to improve safety, efficiency, and overall system performance
• Respond to service calls promptly and professionally
• Track plumbing repairs, installations, and completed work within ServiceTitan
• Maintain compliance with company standards and applicable safety regulations
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building trust and rapport with homeowners
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-4+ years of residential plumbing experience required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proven diagnostic and repair abilities
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, components, and applicable plumbing codes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to build trust and establish rapport with homeowners
• Experience using ServiceTitan preferred
• Valid U.S. Driver's License with a clean driving record
