Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience as a plumber or similar role, focused on residential plumbing.
• Plumbing certification or equivalent field experience preferred.
• Proficient in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems including soldering and fixtures.
• Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus.
• Strong communication and listening skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Attention to detail and ability to comply with plumbing codes and regulations.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plumbing installations, repairs, and replacements for residential systems and fixtures.
• Inspect plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues and implement effective solutions.
• Communicate with customers to explain issues, solutions, and recommended services.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and advise customers on improvements or repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters, pipes, and fixtures to maintain performance.
• Utilize Service Titan to track repairs, service history, and customer interactions.
• Ensure work adheres to local codes and safety regulations.
