Rooter Hero Plumbing & Air in Inland Empire is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems. You will drive a company-provided service truck, present clear options to customers, and perform work safely and efficiently.

You should have at least 2 years of hands-on residential plumbing experience, own basic tools, and be able to work weekends and one on-call night per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on residential plumbing service and repair.
• Own basic plumbing hand tools; company supplies major tools.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work weekends and cover one on-call night weekly.
• Strong communication and rapport with homeowners.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential plumbing issues and perform service, repair, and installation.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot water, drain, sewer, and gas systems.
• Provide clear, accurate estimates and explain options to customers.
• Ensure work meets plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment in excellent condition.
• Participate in on-call rotation and weekend schedule.
• Support teammates and uphold a safe, professional work environment.
