Team Rooter Plumbing is seeking experienced plumbing technicians / service plumbers for its growing Los Angeles and Orange County teams, including Anaheim. The role offers base pay plus performance bonuses with weekly incentives.

This full-time position provides career growth, company vehicle for qualified techs, and a strong support network. Must have plumbing experience, ride-along training, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a plumbing technician / service plumber.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems.
• Experience with drain, sewer, and service plumbing preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
• Perform drain cleaning, sewer repairs, and general plumbing service.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues on service calls.
• Present repair and replacement options to customers.
• Complete jobs efficiently and professionally.
• Use plumbing tools, equipment, and technology in the field.
• Follow safety procedures and plumbing codes.
