Magnolia Heating and Cooling is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, service, maintain, and repair residential heating and cooling systems while delivering outstanding customer service.

Now offering a $5,000 signing bonus for licensed technicians. Opportunities available for experienced unlicensed candidates as well. Must pass background check and drug screening per company policy.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA/CFC Universal Certification required.
• HVAC Journeyman License preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and indoor air quality equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and service calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend effective solutions to customers.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.
• Meet productivity and performance goals established by the company.
• Keep accurate service records and complete required documentation.
• Maintain truck stock, tools, and inventory according to company guidelines.
• Follow vehicle maintenance schedules and maintain a clean, organized service vehicle.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company policies.
