Job summary

Magnolia Plumbing, LLC is seeking experienced Commercial Plumbing Install Technicians to join our growing DC metro team. You will install commercial plumbing systems in new construction and renovation projects, reading blueprints and coordinating with project managers.

We value dependable, detail-oriented professionals who can work independently or with a team, uphold safety standards, and deliver high-quality installations on schedule. A $5,000 signing bonus is offered for licensed techs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial plumbing installation experience.
• Experience on commercial construction projects.
• Ability to read blueprints and plumbing schematics.
• Knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and installation methods.
• Must be able to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• OSHA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial plumbing systems including water lines, drain lines, gas lines, fixtures and related components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and drawings.
• Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures.
• Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe using hand and power tools.
• Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades on job sites.
• Ensure all installations meet local codes and company standards.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and assist with on-site challenges.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Complete daily job documentation and material tracking.
• Follow all safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and with quality workmanship.

• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor in various job site conditions.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
