Job summary

Howard Air in Phoenix is seeking a skilled Residential Plumbing Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems while delivering excellent customer service.

You will work across field sites handling leaks, clogs, fixtures, and use a variety of plumbing tools; the role includes a new company vehicle and gas card, plus health, retirement, and paid time off benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Plumbing Service Technician or similar role.
• Valid plumbing license or certification as required by state regulations.
• Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
• Use a variety of plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.)
• ServiceTitan or similar field service software preferred
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varied conditions
• Brand new 2026 company vehicle and gas card.

Responsibilities

• Plumbing: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing issues; install and maintain residential plumbing systems; cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes; attend training meetings and develop professionally.
• Customer interaction: Deliver excellent customer service, address concerns, explain solutions, and present products and services to improve the home’s system.
• Safety and compliance: Follow safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Documentation: Keep accurate service records, parts used, and complete forms/reports/logs.
